Essentials of Availing Services
In order to avail the treatment the concerned employees has to bring an authorization / referral letter from the empanelled organization.
The authorization / referral letter has to be submitted in the corporate office on the 3rd floor of the OPD building
In case of emergency the patient has to bring his / her smart card to the hospital
Retain drug slips or any other cash payments for raising reimbursement claims.
