Care will be provided to you by the concerned admitting team and the registered Nursing personnel with allied staff i.e. Laboratory technicians, ECG, Respiratory technicians and others within the ward. Provision of other in-house clinical services will be provided with you being escorted by the ward personnel to the respective departments. Medical personnel will visit you routinely twice a day (morning and evening) to check your progress and advice the line of treatment. They will also visit on call by the nursing personnel, upon your request or Medical requirement.
During your stay in our Hospital, help and support by a group of people trained in Counseling and communication are available. If you want to talk to someone when depressed or lonely or afraid you may kindly contact our chaplains in the Fellowship Department. They make regular bedside visits between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Chaplains are also available for the services of prayer support, care and comfort, if requested. You are welcome to avail these facilities of care and Counseling in our Hospital. Our medical social service department offers professional counseling, support, information and referral to community resources and agencies. These services are available to our inpatients and patients attending our outpatient clinic. If you wish to see the social worker please ask the Nurse / Ward personnel arrange for the same or you can visit our Medical Social Welfare Department near our old reception in the ground floor.
