The department of radio diagnosis and medical imaging is well equipped with the facilities to provide state of the art specialized investigative procedures apart from conventional and furthermore is actively involved in conducting undergraduate and post graduate training programmes other than training technologists in the specialty. The state of art new MRI machine, 1.5T GE Excite Echo speed Plus has been acquired recently and is fully functional. Other diagnostic equipments like X-ray machines, Colour Doppler Ultrasound, Mammography and Spiral CT scan are also available around the clock.
