There are departmental libraries, in addition to the Medical Library; containing
valuable Material supplementary to that available in the medical library access
to others libraries may be obtained by permission of the departments head
concerned.
In addition to this there is a separate library for the nursing students and
students of the dental college.
Recreation Library
To utilize the leisure hours of our staff, dependents and students we have a
recreation library. It is situated in the basement of the library building and
it holds books on fiction , general topics and children's books. It opens on
every Tuesday and Friday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm with reading room facilities/
This also helps the children to create reading habits. Membership of the
recreation library is open to staff their dependents and students.
