Over the years the affectivity of the Hospital as the health arm of the church has only grown increasingly evident. The Church cannot reach out to people without being involved in healing the sick and wounded, psychologically as well as physically and emotionally. Mission hospitals are thus creative labs for extending such health to the millions unreached in the country. However, it is imperative; that the laborers in the vineyard be effectively equipped with the proper tools in order to communicate the love of God in ways that are lasting and impressionable.

The Centre for Training and Counseling services was formally inaugurated on the 8th of May 2006. This centre began that many can learn counseling and pastoral care professionally for uplifting the society. And this education should be given to the local community to bring about harmony and love in homes and community.
